Bookings
All advance bookings will be confirmed by email whenever possible. Confirmations that cannot be emailed will be sent by post.
Your Booking Confirmation email or letter will be your proof of purchase and must be presented on arrival, together with ID.

Wristbands
Booking Confirmations must be presented at Reception, to obtain event wristbands which must be worn at all times.
Wristbands are non transferable and will be invalid if removed.
Replacements for lost, damaged or cut wristbands will be charged at the on-the-day wristband price.
Your wristband will give you access to all entertainment.
Wristbands are only available to people staying on site. Day Passes are not available.

Additions to Existing Bookings
Extra guests can be added to your booking at any time, including on arrival, as long as your chosen chalet has enough space.
Booking of Thursday arrival can be added in advance or at Reception when checking in.

Late Bookings
Please do not send bookings after the date specified in the Booking Information accompanying the Booking Form and published on the website.
Bookings can be made on arrival, subject to availability.

Checking In
Reception will be open from 2pm for Thursday arrivals and from midday for Friday arrivals.

Event Programmes
Free event programmes will be available on arrival.

Covered Venues
All stages and dance floors are covered, inside permanent, interconnected venues in the Main Building.

Accommodation
Accommodation is on-site in a choice of 3 levels of self-catering chalets, all within a 5-minute walk of the Main Building allocated on a first come, first served basis decided by booking date.
Smaller chalets have a bedroom with twin beds plus an open-plan kitchen and a lounge area with a double sofa bed.
Larger chalets have two bedrooms with twin and/or bunk beds plus an open-plan kitchen and a lounge area with a double sofa bed.
Bed linen, pans, dishes and utensils are provided in all chalets.
Electricity is provided free in Luxury chalets and is metered in Classic and Popular chalets.

Children
Children and babysitters may share your accommodation free of charge.
Under 16s will not be allowed into the venues.

Disabled Visitors
A limited number of wheelchair-friendly chalets are available.
There is designated Disabled Parking adjacent to the main building. Space is limited so, if necessary, further Disabled Parking will be designated where appropriate.
There are disabled access toilets inside the Main Building.
A key to enable use of the lift to the upstairs Main Ballroom is available from Reception.

Car Parking
Parking on the Pontins site is free of charge. Please share cars whenever possible as parking occasionally reaches capacity.

Classic Cars, Trucks, Rods and Customs
Classic cars, trucks, rods and customs are welcome and can be displayed in a reserved area directly in front of the Main Building.

Saturday Car Cruise
All classic cars, trucks, rods and customs can join Saturday’s afternoon’s Cruise.
Please read the notes in the event Programme and follow marshals’ instructions at all times.
All vehicles must be road legal and insured.

Speed Limit
The speed limit on the Pontins site is 5mph (roughly walking pace).
We reserve the right to confiscate the keys of anyone driving irresponsibly.

Indoor Vintage Flea Market
Admission to the Sunday Morning Indoor Flea Market, for buyers and sellers, is by wristband only.
Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Each stall must be a maximum of 2.5m x 2.5m.
Tables will be provided but cannot be guaranteed for everyone.
Vintage and used goods only. No new items, please.

Food & Drink
There is a large Restaurant, run and staffed by Shakey’s Diner, our favourite caterers, serving a top-quality American and Tex-Mex inspired menu, plus English breakfasts, snacks and late-nite specials.
Pontins also has its own fast food outlets and fully stocked bars.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink for consumption in your chalet, but alcohol must not be taken into the licensed buildings on site.

Coaches
Private Coaches to the Rockabilly Rave will run as advertised. Tickets must be booked in advance and passengers must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before departure, as the coaches cannot wait for late arrivals. Tickets are non-refundable.

Rubbish Disposal
Please dispose of all rubbish sensibly, take it home with you where possible, and recycle.

Pets
Pets are not allowed on the Pontins site.

Trading
Any unauthorised selling or trading is strictly forbidden and those responsible will be removed from the event.

First Aid
A first aid and paramedic team will be in attendance throughout the weekend.

Security
Our licensed security team will be available to assist you, day or night. Please report any problems immediately.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording
Photography and video recording is allowed for personal use.
Any form of recording for commercial purposes requires the express permission of Rockabilly Rave Ltd.
Unauthorised commercial use of video, audio, photography or other recording will be subject to retrospective licensing fees.
Your attendance at the event is on the understanding that pictures or video obtained by official press photographers and videographers may be used for promotion of future events and/or media publication or broadcast.

Flags and Prohibited Symbols
In keeping with the friendly and inclusive nature of the event, overt display of political symbols or any material that may be deemed unlawful or offensive will not be allowed on any part of the site.
Currently recognised national flags may be displayed to identify your chalet.

Programme of Events
We reserve the right to alter or amend the programme of events at any time.
All bands and entertainment are booked in good faith and details are correct at time of going to press.

Substitutions
Substitution of names on your booking must be made in writing or authorised by the ‘Lead Person’ on arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees will be as specified in the Booking Information accompanying the Booking Form and published on the website.
Specific holiday cancellation or travel insurance is not included with your booking, so should be arranged separately if required.

Covid-19
If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19, all bookings will be fully refunded or transferred to a future date.
No liability will be accepted for individuals’ non-attendance due to being affected by restrictions imposed by UK or other governments. Therefore, personal insurance against non-attendance is recommended.
Official local and national guidance will be followed and applied, as appropriate for the event.

Liability
Rockabilly Rave Ltd will not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of property, including vehicles, at the event.
We will not accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the event.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, or cancel any part of the event and/or Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.
By accepting your tickets you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
