Last year’s Summer Rave proved an instant hit, with the entire site selling out, and staff having to be moved onto another site to make more room!!! We had glorious warm sunshine, which made a pleasant change from arriving in the dark and getting frostbite! We were able to have BBQs, lie around on the grass (sleeping off hangovers), have a great cruise along the seafront or just sit in the sun watching all the weird people go by (that’s you lot) and watch the kool cars and bikes burbling round. I haven’t seen the rockin crowd so relaxed for years. At night the halls were packed with the rockin scene at play, and the air conditioning units that we installed, (with great difficulty, huge expense and a lot of swearing that “I’d never do this again”), worked brilliantly, so of course we’ll be installing them again!!!
