All apartments are on the same site, surrounding the music venues. All are self catering, with kitchens with all utensils, lounge with double bet settee, colour TV and separate bedroom(s) with all bed linen, and are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book early! We do not share the site with 'normal' people, it is completely filled with up to 3000 rockabillies! Popular Apartments: good value with one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom with bath. Classic Apartments: as Popular but with two bedrooms for larger groups (4+) and shower not bath. Luxury Apartments: with two bedrooms, lounge with satellite TV, kitchen with microwave, double glazing and free electricity. |

Thursday arrivals please add £28 per person
To book
for Rockabilly Rave 14, you must send your payment IN FULL
with your booking form. The discounted price will only be available
to those who BOOK AND PAY IN FULL prior to the event.
Anyone wishing to pay on the day will pay £137 PER PERSON,
regardless of how many in the party.
If you wish to amend your booking, you must do so in writing before
1st June 2010. Amendment cost £7.50 via phone, fax, email or letter to the Rave Office but are FREE if you book and amend your booking online.
Booking in starts from 2pm Thursday. Music starts 8pm. For Friday arrivals
music starts at midday. Apartments must be vacated by 10am Monday.
Selling day passes is illegal for events like ours with 'hotel' type licenses, so don't even ask! No under 18's, no pets and no day passes. Absolutely no pets under 18 with day passes....
Return coaches are available from London at £26 per person.
Coaches depart from Embankment Station London Thursday 2pm
Coaches depart Camber Sands 11am Monday
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to 1st
June 2010 will be refunded less £10.00 per person. From 1st June 2010, at
and after the event absolutely no refunds.
